Bertrand Minchin started this domaine about 10 years ago, and from the
beginning he decided he wanted to be among the best producers in the
region. The wine growing area of Menetou-Salon is made up of 450
hectares of hillside vineyards planted on sedimentary limestone that
imparts a distinct freshness to the wines. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is dry, fresh and lively, a great party wine,
with aromas of fresh cut grass, grapefruit and stone. A delicious and
snappy Sauvignon Blanc!!
