Payment and Shipping Policy
Your card is charged when your order is placed. In-stock orders are usually shipped the day the order is placed via Federal Express, and no later than the next business day. We ship to AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, ID, IN, LA, MI, MN, NE, NH, NV, NC, ND, OH, SC, VA, WA, WY. The buyer
is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By
placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a
common carrier to deliver your order to you. We will only sell and
deliver wine to persons of legal drinking age (21 years old minimum). By
placing an order you are affirming you are of legal drinking age. Shipping is free on orders over $150 within the state of Florida via Fedex ground.
In the event of a shipment that has sustained obvious damage, such as broken or leaking bottles, please refuse delivery of the shipment and call or email. Your charge will be refunded the day the items are returned to us by the carrier. If there is hidden damage, please call or email within a week and we will either refund or replace (if available) at your option. You may have to return the product, and if that is required we will issue a call tag for it if needed so that you do not have to pay for shipping.
If you have any other problems, please call us and we will try to make you happy. In general, sales are final and there are no refunds. If you a buy a case and open the first bottle and don't like it, let us know so we can try to make you happy. We want you to like our products and service.
